Proposed changes - If someone requests password reset request, we give them new password after 24 hours, but we also continue to watch over user's phone for the same 24 hours. If any message indicating that someone else has access to the phone is received, we assume this phone is owned by hacker and we block this hacker's account.

If we can know that the phone is stolen, why should we wait for the phone to call us? We can send the text message to the phone and the phone will call us immediately.
