The reason I bought this course was because I was looking for something to help me with my graphic design, so I felt that this was the best course to help me achieve this. It has helped me a lot and I am actually using the lessons in my day-to-day work. I really like that a lot of the lessons are done in black and white, the best thing is that you can just skip over these and go straight into colour.

First of all, I am a beginner to any kind of software, and this course was very easy for me to follow. I think this is because Ben really explains each topic, sometimes going as far as explaining the theory behind the concepts. I think the reason this is important is because sometimes beginners don’t have the background knowledge to understand the concepts fully. I feel that Ben’s lessons are probably the best for beginners, as they are much more focused than other courses I have seen.

I took Ben's lesson on working with transparent layers, so this week I decided to take his lesson on working with layer groups and I did not regret it at all. I am the type of person who needs to see and do to be able to understand. This class gave me the confidence to be able to do just that. I have been a photographer for years and have used Photoshop for a few years now. I guess what I am trying to say is that Ben has explained how to make sense out of the world of PS is very clear, it was easy to understand, and I can be confident that it is the right way to do things. That is great and I hope that you continue to do this for the rest of the class.

Ben sure is good at bringing new ideas and simple solutions to our creative problems. His teaching skill is outstanding, and he is always clear and concise about his approach. I love the instant access to his materials. The homework assignments were great motivators for me. The self-paced approach works for me and I look forward to each class.
