Hey,
I'm having issues with video deinterlacing (interlace to progressive conversion) on a Canon T5i with the Black Magic Video Studio. The video is imported into Vegas Pro 11.0.2. (the camera is plugged into my PC via HDMI).
I have the interlace to progressive conversion option checked. I make sure the filetype is set to.mov and the profile is set to H.264. It looks like Vegas is not doing anything to the file, even though the feature is checked. Are there any workarounds?
Thanks.
I've been looking at Vegas Pro for a while and how it'd handle my GoPro footage. My edit would be on a MacMini but I recently purchased an iMac and I'm surprised at how much faster the edit speeds are with Vegas, I mean the edit is pretty fast and my processor is pretty fast but I was really shocked at how fast it was.
Hi - I'm having problems with video deinterlacing. I'm a project manager, and I had a client who I handled the video post on. I've got 30 hours of footage, all of which was shot using the HERO4. I watched the footage in the GoPro App, and immediately realized that the footage was interlaced. So I duplicated the footage and used Photoshop to deinterlace it. After that, I exported the footage to a project in Vegas Pro, and the deinterlaced footage is more than just fine - it looks like an HDTV video. I'm wondering if I can tell Vegas Pro to ignore the deinterlacing, because to be honest, that's not what I want.
Hi all,
I'm also having issues with the video deinterlacing feature. When I import footage from the Canon T5i to Vegas Pro for editing it's not getting deinterlaced.
There is no error message just an error in the resulting project.
The footage is in Adobe Raw and the filetype is m4v. I've tried with and without the Interlace to Progressive Conversion selected.
I've tried with the H.264 and the H.265 codecs.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Stuart
There may be a workaround to make this work. You're best bet is to try to do a test render with a 1080p sequence. You can choose a lower resolution than 4K (for example 2K). Then adjust your monitor settings to make it 2K, and render again.
I can not speak for the other programs you mention. But when I render a 60fps HDR sequence with 4K footage the output is 4K at 30fps. So I think from a Vegas Pro / H.264 export perspective you would want to make sure your footage is already 4K at 30fps. Vegas Pro then has the ability to export to 1080p60 if you so choose.
I am running a PC with Windows 7 and Adobe Photoshop CS6. I am wondering how to end the trial period and convert to a full copy of Photoshop CS6. I tried closing down Photoshop, which produced a message telling me to return the disk. I did that, but the same message returned. How can I end this?
Hi Dave,I was able to get my English Indesign CS6 to switch to German. But there is one Problem. The moment I startet Indesign there is the error message that my trial version ends soon altough I bougt a regular Version with correct serial number by an adobe seller. Can anybody help me? 827ec27edc
